When scheduling the A/C system vent cleaning, I hoped for thorough work, and that's exactly what I got, as the technician spent over two hours ensuring every vent was cleared. This was a noticeable improvement from a previous service that barely spent 30 minutes on the task.

I expected the repair to take most of the afternoon, but they diagnosed a faulty capacitor and had it replaced in under an hour. The quick turnaround was impressive, especially as previous visits from other services have taken much longer to identify similar issues.

Compared to another quote I received, this service was thorough in cleaning the vents and took just over an hour to complete. While the technician was knowledgeable and friendly, he did leave some debris that I had to clean up afterward.

The first technician insisted the old thermostat was the issue, but after a second opinion from another company, it was clear the wiring needed updating as well, which they completed in just under two hours. Both experiences taught me that it's crucial to get all connections checked if you're encountering recurring issues.

I was quoted a reasonable price for the installation, and the technicians arrived on time, completing the setup in about three hours. Compared to last year's service from another company that took twice as long due to a missing part, this experience was notably more efficient.
